We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that opened media (Vinyl, CDs, Cassettes) cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging or a sturdy equivalent to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a trackable method to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
